Application of Tertiary Student Concession Cards are available for new students of the Year 2026 Intake at the following institutions. They can apply for the Concession card at the SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres (TSCs) / SimplyGo Ticket Offices (TOs) or online via the SimplyGo Website and SimplyGo app.

Operating Hours: 10am - 6pm, closed on Public Holidays.
*Bukit Panjang & Somerset SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres will be closed for meal break from 2pm - 3pm.

Students who had applied for more than one tertiary institution are strongly advised to apply for the Concession card only after they have matriculated at their confirmed choice of institution.
